Welcome to the SMO survey page.  Below you will find the links to two surveys; one for surrogates or potential surrogates and one for parents or intended parents via surrogacy. Both surveys contain the same questions, however, we thought it would be interesting to seperate the results to see if there is a difference in the way intended parents and surrogates view certain issues.
