My numbers with a frozen embryo transfer at day 3/4 (frozen on day 3 and thawed the morning of the transfer) were 10dp - 65, 14dp 239, 17dp 560. I had a singleton. We transfered 5 embryos. These BETAs were weird because it was slowly going up, in fact the Dr would not even confirm me pregnant until 2 months along. then I found out that FET are expected to go up slower... never new that...
