Baby girl name poll for fun...
First of all, I want to thank all of you so much for your warm wishes and congrats on our baby girl to be arriving in October. You all have been wonderful. Thank you!

if you called her Lilianna, you/she could choose whether to go with the full name, Lily or Anna. I knew an Alexandra who was Alexandra as a baby, then Sandy as a child. She finally chose Alex for herself as a teenager, and as far as I know it has stuck. I always envied her ability to change her name without changing her name...
Have fun -- I think name picking is the very best part about expecting. I was always at it right from day 1. (My daughter has a unisex/family name (Robin Mackenzie) -- we didn't know her sex, but wanted to decide on her name early on so she wouldn't be an It to us or her brother.) Heather GS |

I like them both my daughter middle name is Ann and I plan to name a future daughter Lilly! So, I'm really no help at all but I really like the suggestion Lillyanna! Or Just plan Lilly Ann. Okay of course LILY! My sister's daughter's name is Lilith. We live together, and I help raise her. Although my middle name was supposed to be Anna, they heard my parents wrong when filling out the birth certificate. If you know me from other boards or chats my usaual screen name is KARALILY, my children.
Both are lovely names. How about Annalily or Anna Lily. |

I absolutely LOVE the name Lilly, and always wanted to name my daughter that, but unfortunately it sounds absolutely horrible with my last name. Oh well!!

I vote hands down for ANNA. I just love that name. As you know, though, I've already named one of our beloved 4 legged children that .. so bummer for us - we can't name a child that too! LOL

I just told my hubby the other day that if we ever had another girl to name I really like Lily. I like Liliana a lot.

HEY!!!!!!!!!!! I answered the other baby name post before this one and now I am seeing everyone talking about the name Lilly!!!!!!!!!!!!! That's my name gosh darnit!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Actually, that is my maiden name!!!! Tammy Lynn Lilly!!!!!!! So I am partial to it!!!!!

Ooohhhhh!! This is the fun part!! I like Lilianna. I think it is a beautiful name and a great combination to not leave either family name out.

In 1999 Lilith was determined to be one of the least favored names. Lily is coming back strong though. I wouldn't be surprized if it took the top ten names in the next few years. You may want to consider that, they both are older names and very beautiful. Good thing when I finely decide to have my own children again I have my names picked out. Oscar for a boy. Rosemary for a girl.
