I'm new to posting, I've been reading for a while though. I had a fresh transfer of 2 (5 day old) embryos on the 5th. My first beta was yesterday at 11pt and my # was only a 36. Is there any hope for this pregnancy to continue? Anxios for replies! Thanks, Brandi

We transferred three 3 dayers and our first beta at 8dpt is 55.9

Brandi- It does look low, the low listed for 11dpt5dt is 70 on www.ivfer.com/hch.htm. Your second beta is more accurate in trying to determine. It's the amount that the numbers go up that is really important. Come back and tell us again when you get your 2nd beta.

Hi, I got my 2nd beta today, it went from a 36 down to a 20. I was told to stop my injectables, but continue my baby aspirin and prenatal vitamin. The Dr. wants me to call him when I start my flow. He anticipates a FET early October. I hate starting this all over again, I was very anxious to move forward. This is my 2nd surrogacy. I had a little girl in Dec. of 2001 and that was the result of a FET as well. The first fresh transfer was a BFN. I have 4 children of my own which include identical twin girls'. I'm very fertile, I don't have to do much more than look at my husband to become pregnant! LOL Why did this not work??? I would love to become more familiar with all you girls' and post regularly but I'm having a little trouble figuring it all out as far as where to look for my replies, using all the symbols and faces and how do you all get your signatures and info so cute looking? Well I have posted my beta # before but now I know how many we have Also, the number I said was off just 3 but..I had gotten it mixed up!

Ok..so my 15dp3dt beta was 313.6. We just found outon Oct 6th that we have 3 babies, all with heartbeats!!!!!! SO it just goes to show you that beta numbers meand DIDLEY SQUAT!!!!! We thought it was on the low side for a singelton...let alone triplets!!!!

I only had one beta - which was 717 at 12dp6dt. The ultrasound showed one healthly heartbeat of 146 bpm on 10/21!
