i know this is old but someone posted on it recently. I am looking to donate my BM when i give birth in september. I live in So California. email me if anybody knows of anybody. my IPs do not want my milk surprisingly you would think they would both being Drs but since they are going to Sd after the birth then flying back home i guess i see their logic.

Not sure where in Socal u are, but I'm in the same boat. My IP's initially wanted my BM and after a
Week said nevermind to much of a hassle driving 15 min every few days??? I live in San Diego
And am going to keep pumping. I just googled it and I guess there is a milk bank in San Jose
And a local hospital here in SD (Mary Birch) takes milk donations and sends it to the bank for
Testing and whatever else they need to do to make sure its good, and then provide it for families
In need of it w a perscription. That's what I guess I'm going to do, I hate wasting such a precious
Thing if its needed. I'd love to provide it for my IP's twins but that's a whole other story good luck!

Bless you ladies!! It's too soon for us, and maybe we'll be all set with whatever milk I get and if Kristen would like to and is able to provide milk. But it's heartwarming to see that people are donating. It was a godsend for DD!

Do most people donate milk to their IP's, or do they set a fee? My IP's recently asked me to do this and it is very new to me. Thanks for any info!

    Default Me, Again!

I am an overproducing mama! I only have a little bit to offer, so this would probably be ideal for someone inducing needing just a little bit to supplement their own supply, or to maybe supplement for multiples if your primary donor isn't producing enough. I'm also happy to just do one-time shipments for anyone who would like to just prepare for an upcoming arrival.

Anyway, my FIPs are taking 60 ounces per day, my donor mom is taking 30 ounces per day, and this leaves me with 10-20 ounces per day "unclaimed". I am willing to drive up to an hour away from my house (I'm on the eastern shore of Maryland) to meet with it, or I can easily ship.

Email me dahliakita @ gmail . com (no spaces, of course)

The Surrotwins are almost 2 months old and my IPs have decided to switch completely to formula (for convenience). I started to wean but then thought that maybe someone here needed donor milk. I am disqualified to donate to the milk banks since I received blood after delivery. If anyone is interested please email me at saxton6 @ charter . net (without the spaces). I'm down to about 20 ounces a day but can easily increase my pumping again to meet the need.

    Default Looking to donate

I am looking to donate. My surrobaby was born sept 21 and has been enjoying my milk. However we have recently discovered that he is lactose intolerant.....so I have a month of milk to donate. It's going to take me a few weeks to wean so I will have even more to send to a good home. I'm also willing to keep pumping if I find someone who needs it.

Please email me asap if interested. My email is jenifer1321@yahoo.com

My friend and her husband have just received the answer to their prayers. They are fost/adopting a newborn. He is 5 days old and tested positive for drugs but is currently showing no signs of withdrawl or effects. She would love nothing more than to find a milk donor for this little guy. I wish I could donate to them right now but I won't be producing for 6 more months.

    I emailed you as well.

Any other donors out there, please email me through the boards thanks!!

    Bumming up

Thank you Kim!! My friend’s baby is thriving and chunking up now
Thank you to all the milk donors out there, you do wonderful things for babies especially preemies.

I am still hoping to find some more milk from someone near or in So Cal or in a nearby state so shipping isn’t too much. Please email me through the boards or post here.

Experienced east coast donor available beginning early September with 36-54 ounces per day available, depending on production. At this point, I would expect it to reliably be 42-48 ounces per day, but it's a couple of months from now and I hate to make any promises I can't keep.

I'm 16 months PP from my surro twins and have been donating since the first day postpartum (14 months with my surro twins, 12 months for one little girl, 3 months for a little boy, and 5 or 6 months now for another little girl), so I've got a very easy system that has worked really well for the families I've been donating to. We've been using fedex ground (HomeDelivery), and shipping from my house to basically as far as the middle of the country usually costs less than $20 per shipment (of up to 570 ounces) and gets it there in 2 days, still frozen, and without dry ice. I make calendars so we can keep track of shipping dates.

I'm also open to diet modifications and supplements (as long as they are safe, of course) if necessary. I have references and am willing to go for communicable disease testing and drug testing up front or randomly. I'm pretty laid back, to be honest, so whatever makes you feel better, I'm happy to do. It's hard enough to find someone you trust with something so important!

Hi ladies! I am in desperate need of breastmilk for two newborns, ages 4weeks and 6weeks. We are in the process of adopting these little miracles. I live in Phoenix AZ...and am getting small donations locally, but with the amount these babies consume I have to ration it and they only get about 8oz a day each. I would love to find a regular donor who will ship to me...maybe from CA to keep the cost down? I donated for 6 months after my surro babies were born, and realize how much of an effort this is. Thank you so much ♥

    Default Need October breast milk

This is our first post but have been following this forum for years. We are IP's expecting our baby in early October. Everything with the surrogate journey has gone smoothly and quickly. Our surrogate decided not to pump. We are looking for colostrum and breast milk. We want our baby to get the immunity benefits from live milk and colostrum. If you can help we'd be very grateful. We're in CA.

I just recently gave birth to a little surro baby who cannot have breast milk I have been pumping and wish to donate my milk to someone who could use it. I am planning to continue pumping for several months, for a baby who is in need
