I am 5'6". I usually weigh 137. My weight right now is 143. I don't really have a secret...I just try to be active every day but I'm not always successful. I try to mostly eat healthy. And I make sure that I dont' get pregnant until I've hit my pre-pregnancy weight. I'm actually looking forward to getting my body back to myself to see how fit I can become after this pregnancy. I have been pregnant 4 times is 7 years and I'm 40...I am ready to see some muscles again but meanwhile I plan to enjoy this last pregnancy fully.
