Staying/Getting Fit and Healthy (July)
I did not see anyone start July so i figured i would.
How is everyone doing on weight loss.
I am still stuck at 166 , lost 1/2 inch but nothing big yet.
I quit pumping so i am hoping i can really get down to business now.

My scale stays in the 129-131 range, generally. I'm running a LOT -- I have a half marathon in 13 days, and I'm getting super excited for it. I'm very happy that even with my increased mileage my plantar fasciitis has not flared up significantly. I noticed while I was running in my regular shoes yesterday that the Newtons have helped -- I'm now landing on my midfoot rather than my heel, and I think its really helped matters. My marathon training plan technically starts this week, but I'm sort of mixing it with the half plan I've been following. I'm hoping to PR in the half, but that's a tall order, so we'll see.

I am actually making some weight loss progress, after having gained nearly 20 lbs on meds (since May). I have started working out more frequently, and cut back on some of my indulgence foods. I have lost about 7 lbs since Sunday, and I am relieved. Gaining an excessive amount of weight during an upcoming pregnancy has been a real concern. lol
How is everyone else doing? Especially with the heat indexes?
