Just got back from the vacation of a lifetime in the Turks & Caicos Islands so I wanted to share a few pictures from the gorgeous beach. (Sorry these are huge, I promise I did re-size them, just probably not quite enough)




Just for fun...we had an amazing photographer...



And yes, I did get to wear my bikini's the whole time!! Got quite a few stares, but oh well, I'll never see those people again!!

What fabulous pictures!!! That is a great idea to have a photographer take your pictures while on vacation. So give us some details on the resort? I am looking for an all inclusive resort but not sure about going outside the U.S.

Sara, its funny you posted this because we have been researching an "all-inclusive" family friendly beach vacation and this is one resort we are looking at. I am guessing by your post that you were happy with the accomodations and the beach? What about the food and atmosphere? We have a 1 and 3 year old and mainly just want to have a nice vacation with lots of great food and a nice beach.

Our other choice we are looking at is The Grand Pineapple in Antigua, I have been to Antigua before and it is a great island, but I am not too sure about the resort as I have never been there and don't know anyone who has.

I would HIGHLY recommend this resort (Beaches-Turks & Caicos), as the beach was just the most amazing I've ever seen, and the water too. There was SO much to do, including 16 different restaurants (food was good, not as amazing as the scenery and activities, but good), many different pools, a waterpark and a great program for the younger kids, Camp Sesame. If you're thinking of going somewhere, this is IT! Feel free to add me on facebook (send me a message to get my full name) if you're interested in seeing the rest of our pictures. They should give you a good idea of what the whole place looks like/includes.

Oh, and as far as going outside the US, it was really no problem, except of course you have to have passports for everyone, which can get pricey, but the island is VERY safe, unless you're going to be driving, as they drive on the wrong side of the road , but everyone speaks English and uses US currency. It's just an island full of tourists from the US basically, though we never left the resort once we arrived because we didn't feel the need to with so much to do there.
