    I'm a TS and would be doing AI and I'm wondering about the different methods that are used. I know in our clinic visit we talked about them but I'm not sure if I remember all of the different methods. I know one way was taking my body temperature and ovulation kits.

    Can someone that has done different methods please share with me some of them. When I take clomid so I start it right when my period starts?

    You can do a non-medicated natural cycle and time ovulation by any number of ways including tempeature charts (least reliable), ovulation predictor kits, or ultasounds with bloodwork (most reliable). Ovulation can also be triggered with Ovidrel or HCG. If fertility drugs like Clomid are used, they are usually started on cycle day3 and taken for five days.
