Beth, Kasey, and Kate--I'm sorry to hear about those negative betas. There's nothing wrong with having some cake and ice cream to make you feel better. And since they're serving a therapeutic purpose...I don't think the calories count.

Shari--sorry about the chemical. Good luck finding new IPs.

I'll move to stalker. I tried dipping my toes in the may group and was invisible.. however, June makes more sense for me since the end of may is REALLY busy. but I think I'll stick around in here for a little while, too

I had my u/s this weekend We saw one perfect little bean with a strong heartbeat!!

We saw today! One was going at 114bpm, the other was 126bpm. Both embryos were measuring at 6w2d, which the RE was happy with.

Since we did PGD, we also know the genders already. Some might say that takes the surprise out of it, but I like to think that it allows me more time to plan. Given that I'm a big crocheter of baby blankets, now I can figure out what colors to use for ours and take my time, rather than rushing to get them done between 20 wks and birth.

I don't remember the last time I felt so exhilarated. I'm hoping that someone else in the group gets good news today, because I'd feel bad for celebrating when everyone else was bummed.

Off to navigate my way back to the airport. I couldn't wait to get home before spreading the news, though.

Congrats Dana and Tisha on the good news. My heart goes you to you Lauren, I was looking forward to going through this with you again. My fingers are crossed for you Shari that the high nine will continue to dbl...

AFM: I had my second Beta today it was 545 so looking good. I will go next Friday, the 11th for my first ultrasound. My second will be May 18th for heartbeats... boy that is just around the corner. My IP's are so cute, they are just giddy!!! I am feeling great and hope my history of no MS will continue for the 5th time...

Congrats on the strong Beta Melissa!!

Hey ladies, I'm officially out. HPT was positive yesterday morning with a beta of 9 and HPT was negative this morning so things aren't moving in the right direction. I wish my IPs wanted to do a fresh cycle but they have decided it wasn't meant to be and are content with the 3 kiddos they already have. So I'm looking for new IPs, if you know of any looking for a natural minded homebirthing mama from Arizona, let me know! I really felt like my last IPs were my perfect match so it's going to be hard finding new ones! I'm thinking of trying the agency route this time, any recommendations? Thanks!

I'm hoping for June as well - but it depends on what happens next, and how long the clinic wants us to wait - I'm pretty sure IP's are on board to try again ASAP

I would love to be an "official" stalker as I fully intended to stalk one way or another. It might be less creepy to officially stalk than just lurk in my trench coat. I truly wish everyone the very best and I am hoping that come December/January there a bunch of happy, healthy April babies! Honestly, although it didn't work for me (this time), nothing would make me feel better than to have it work for someone else! Enjoy your pregnancies/expecting time! I am cheering for you all.

They found a heartbeat!! Nobody really expected it, but it was clear as day! Still measuring behind, but progressing - for now, it's something to celebrate!
