We're all just about half way done!!

Things are going great for me. I have an OB appt. on Tuesday April 24th and my u/s is in Chicago on April 27th.
This baby is a mover and loves it when I eat!
If I haven't gone into labor by Aug 22nd then I will have a c-section on Aug 22nd @ 7:30 a.m. My OB is giving me the option to V-bac after 2 c--sections if I go into labor. So please send me good v-bac vibes.

I'm feeling really good. Just tired! Had an OB appt last week and LOVED my new OB! Yay! Everything looks great with these babies and it was confirmed that we still have 1 boy and 1 girl on board for my IPs. I go back again on April 30th and my IM is flying in for that and for a hospital tour we have scheduled. Excited to see her and have her see how big her babies are now! We're also going for a 3D/4D ultrasound. Excited!!

OMG...WORST sinus/allergies EVER. What have you all taken that works the best?? I know we are limited as to what we are allowed to take, but so far I've tried Tylenol Sinus (didn't work), Sudafed (didn't work) - I just don't know what else to try. I can't breathe out of my nose, and it doesn't help that the twins are carrying really high which restricts my breathing (already!).
Sorry to be so whiney - just don't know what to take so I can be comfortable.
