    Oh holy cow! That is my mall! I can't imagine how people think that is ok.

    I've said before that I can understand how someone forgets a child in the vehicle in the course of a daily routine. This is a whole other story. She knew she buckled in 2 babies, she knew she'd leave them in the vehicle when she left them in the vehicle. No confusion here.
