Anyone know about Voiceovers for kids?

My daughter in interested in doing voiceovers and I have no idea how to start to help her.

I don't know specifically about voice overs but my son did some modeling in NY. We were recruited by an agency and they gave us direction. If you can find an agency near where you live I would start there. I know our agency did gigs for acting as well as modeling so its not too much of a stretch to voice overs. Though I seem to think that most voice overs even for kids are done by adults but you never know. Good Luck.
