questions about a natural cycle as a g.s.

Hi Dr. Doyle!
I cannot find anything on the protocol for a natural cycle as a g.s. I would like to know if it is "normal" to only have the gs on progesterone for 4 weeks after transfer? I have always done medicated cycles so to me this sounds like too short a period of time to be on progesterone. I realize every doctor and clinic are different but I keep thinking that your body can't sustain the pregnancy unless you take progesterone for 8-12 weeks. Am I wrong?

Typically progesterone is administered 8-10 weeks post transfer.
That is the usual protocol, unless it is a natural cycle.
