    Started P90X again today. There isn't a spot on my body that doesn't ache.

    "Double dipping" tomorrow, and will be doing P90X and running later. That's the plan anyway.... lol



    PS... We gonna move to an April thread soon?

    My legs are killing me. I was not going to run today since I did the race yesterday...but the sun was out just beckoning so I did 2 1/4 mile on the track during my son's baseball practice.

    I did my first P90x workout this morning. I had no idea it would take so long! I was expecting a 1/2hr-40 minute workout. And starting with chest/arms was kind of demoralizing. My upper body strength is so pathetic. But I know it can only get better! Oh, and the Ab Ripper....wow! I can do the crunch ones well enough, but the full sit-ups? Nope. Not one.... Again, lots of room for improvement!
