As others have said, it depends on the RE you are working with. Some say no bedrest, others say two full days.
I was on two full days (day of transfer and entire day after - couldn't even take a shower). Some say they were active after transfer and it took, some say they laid flat in bed, and it took...I would definitely lay around, would not get on a flight until at least two days after transfer, and would take it easy for awhile. But that's just based on my former experience, and we worked with a clinic who has some of the best success rates in the country. I guess my opinion is, it can't hurt to be on bed rest? Whatever you and your IPs and your RE want to do, is best. Especially your RE.
