I would suggest Michael Fraleigh, at Fogler Rubinoff- he works with TS's, or Shirley Levitan, she also does lots of post birth declaration.

Most intended parents use different lawyers for initial contract/declaration of parentage. I would ask the lawyer that did your original contract for a referral. Like everyone above says, it's really important to make sure the legal process is in place, and that you have a supportive team- TS is an amazing way to build your family, although there have been very few cases in Ontario, so very little precedent set.
