Do you know if Cliff has experience in the surrogacy world - doing PBO's, surrogacy contracts, etc? Did he work with John? Thanks!

He took over a lot of Fillners case load from what I'm hearing.

He got my sisters PBO order completed and back from the courts in 2 weeks!

I am still doubtful of the enforcability of a PBO in Montana if it was ever challenged, but Cliff is a good person. I went to lawschool with him and would happily vouch for his integrity.
