Default Anyone ever gotten a negative on HPT and postive beta?

I finally broke down and tested when Heather asked me to on Friday night. It was negative. I got a different kind of test and tried again today, still negative. I don't have a lot of hope for this cycle, but I thought I'd ask if anyone had ever had this happen?

If this one didn't stick, how long do RE's usually make you wait before trying again? We'll be doing another frozen transfer.

    Thanks.

(((Hugs))) I am sorry you are getting negatives. They suck. It is possible to have a negative HPT and positive beta but rare. From what I have found, most RE's want you to wait until you have 1 cycle after the bleed from stopping medication.

    Thank you.

I should have mentioned that Friday was 9dp5dt, today is 11dp5dt. I'll have my second beta drawn tomorrow, this clinic doesn't tell you anything until after the second beta. I'm in FL, they are in Hawaii, so it might take even longer for me. It's very frustrating to think I'm still doing PIO, etc and it might be for no reason.

I tested negative at 8dp5dt with a digital CBE when my Beta level was actually 46. :sunshine: And we've got twins in here! So yes, stark "not pregnant" HPT but a VERY positive beta. :HEARTSMIL
