I'm very thankful for the opportunity to bring these wonderful boys to their parents. To all: Surrogacy can be a tough road, but it is worth it! I think the hardest part is getting matched! Unfortunately, I don't have a success story to share...YET!! I was set to become a TS for a WONDERFUL set of IPs, but unforeseen life events caused things to change. To make a long story short, I have been searching for a GS arrangement, but nothing has turned up so far. I'm hoping that everyone is just occupied with the holidays and that I'll get a mad rush of responses come the new year. But, I can't help but feel discouraged when I think of how much I have to give and how my match does not seem to be out there. Anyone looking for a loving, open-minded, caring GS? We want to do this as independently as possible. We have had disappointment after disappointment. Hello all. Wow this has been a journey. hee hee. I found my first couple whom I had twins for in March of this year. I decided that I wanted to do it again. I found the most wonderful loving couple through the SMO classifieds and we tried 2 IVF tries and it didn't work. This was their 10th IVF try so they decided to go a different route. They are pretty sure that it was embryo quality. I don't blame them in the least and pray that God will bring all their dreams true. They have been though so much. I have had my 3rd implant (IVF) using donar eggs and the husbands sperm, (as the wife has had a complete hystorectomy). I am there 2nd surrogate who they are trying to have a child through. All our attempts have been unsuccesful. SO in total they have tried 7 implants. We are now going to stimulate my eggs and try using my own eggs instead of a donors and see if we get somewhere. Hopefully we do because it is so traumatic for this couple to keep on getting there hopes up and then when we do the pregnancy test, its negative. Absolutely sole destroying.
