Topics may include contracts, legal fees, establishing parental rights, etc.

    2. We are a couple from Quebec, we know surrogacy is illegal here. If we go to court,we will loose. We already have our surrogate mom here, we still need eggs ans sperms. Witch is the state that would be best to find a traditionnal surrogate that would have no problem delivering to Quebec ? Is there any place in the world that we would not need a lawyer to adopt ? Help us we are lost. Thank you ! - Anonymous in Quebec - Top

Unfortunately I am unfamiliar with Canadian surrogacy laws. The best state (in my opinion) in the US to do surrogacy is California since they have favorable case law there.

Best of luck in your pursuit.

The two best states for traditional surrogacy are
Arkansas and California. The two best states for
gestational surrogacy are California and Massachusetts.

Yes. You need an attorney and legal help. I would never advise not using an attorney.

In the SMO related links section there are good
    attorneys list for those states.

    Good Luck,
    Jennifer
