This IVF would be done with frozen embryo and prior to the thawing we can't even be sure that any of the 4 frozen embryos will make it through the process. I would really be interested to hear from someone that can tell me about this firsthand and I'd also like to get an idea if you have to have the courts approval prior to the IVF how long does that process sometimes take. Im sorry I'm not to sure on the laws in Virginia and the waiting periods etc. I do recommend the open board of questions and answers that the surromoms online offers you may post it there and check it daily or weekly to see if someone has responded that is either working with someone or is a surrogate in that state.
