    That really depends on which type of surrogacy you are considering. If you are planning to become a gestational surrogate, there is probably no reason for concern. I know of several women who have carried for a family member and everything worked out just fine. Of course, AI surrogacy would be a different scenario because, if the surrogate was a sibling, that would be like a brother and sister creating a child together. I would recommend that you consult with an infertility specialist before making any decision. They would be able to offer you the best advice based on your situation.
