Thank you for you question regarding becoming a surrogate mother for your sister. I personally think its a great idea especially being your twin. I hope your husband will find it in his heart to support you in this matter. You might just want to explain to him how he might feel if you and he couldn't have the two beautiful children you have now. That normally makes people understand where the infertile couple is coming from. Yes, My IVF transfer took the very first time. My lining was 11 and we did a fresh transfer and used 3 good quality embryos. I hope this helps.
