    7. What is the cost for this service, and how long will a surrogate try to concieve before she has to give up. - Abigail in AR - Top

    Abigail,

Hello! Well the cost is hard to say. BUT, generally I would say about 20,000. Without legal costs. Surrogates fees can range from 0-15,000 and even higher.

I would say it's safe to try 12 inseminations, and at insemination cycle 6 you and the surrogate should have the ability to get out of the contract if it has not been successful.

Costs are always hard to determine. The best thing to tell you is to contact an agency and see how their fee range is.
